Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Minga tags are intact and the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
